TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- Col. M. J. Giddings Jr. assumed command of the 349th Maintenance Group, Travis Air Force Base, Calif., in a ceremony officiated by Brig. Gen. Maryanne Miller, 349th Wing commander on Aug 22.
