Col. John (Jay) C. Flournoy, Jr. assumed command of the Air Force Reserve Command's largest associate wing from Brig. Gen. Maryanne Miller, who has been assigned to a position in the Pentagon.

The ceremony was well attended by members of Team Travis and the local community. The change of command ceremony is a time-honored tradition which formally symbolizes the continuity of authority as the command is passed from one officer to another.
