TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- Squadron guidons dip during National Anthem at the 349th Air Mobility Wing change of command ceremony here Nov. 15, 2009.

Col. John (Jay) C. Flournoy, Jr. assumed command of the Air Force Reserve Command's largest associate wing from Brig. Gen. Maryanne Miller, who has been assigned to a position in the Pentagon.
