TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- Col. Barrett Broussard, 349th Air Mobility Wing vice commander (right), and Lt. Col. Karl E Goerke, 349th Operations Group Deputy Commander, salute during the wing change of command here Nov. 15.

Col. John (Jay) C. Flournoy, Jr., assumed command of the Air Force Reserve Command's largest associate wing from Brig. Gen. Maryanne Miller, who has been assigned to a position in the Pentagon.
