TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- Maj. Gen. (Sel) Eric W. Crabtree, 4th Air Force commander, and Col. John C. Flournoy, 349th Air Mobility Wing commander, speak with Master Sgt. Heather A. Bradley and Master Sgt. Scott D. Reichert, both Senior NCO of the Year nominees Saturday at the Delta Breeze Club. It’s was the occasion of the year for the members of the 349th Air Mobility Wing; this night where the wing members are recognized for their accomplishments and contributions to the wing mission. TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- Capt. Lindsey M. Ballinger, a 749th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron member, converses with Capt. Justin M. Hickey, a 660th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron member, during the 349th Annual Awards Banquet at the Delta Breeze Club, Jan 23.

Capt. Ballinger was a nominee for the 349th Air Mobility Wing Company Grade Officer of the Year category at the 349th AMW Annual Awards Banquet. But ultimately the award for the Company Grade Officer of the year was given to Capt Susan Labrecque, 349th Air Mobility Wing.

The First Sergeant of the Year went to Master Sergeant William Clark, 349th Security Forces Squadron; the Senior Noncommisioned Officer of the Year went to Senior Master Sergeant Steven West, 349th Security Forces Squadron; the Noncommisioned Officer of the Year went to Staff Sergeant Eric Nehls, 349th Operations Group; and last but not least, the Airman of the Year went to Senior Airman Keola Baclayon, 749th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron.
