TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- 349th Air Mobility Wing Commander, Col. John "Jay" Flournoy, pinned the Air Force Meritorious Service Medal on Capt. Clarissa Tuttle.

Capt. Tuttle is the chief of the wing Equal Opportunity Office, and a traditional reservist.
