349th Alumni Dinner 2010
TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- Prior member of the 349th Air Mobility Wing, Brig. Gen. Richard K. Vogel (U.S. Air Force, Retired) presents a plaque to Col. John ‘Jay’ Flournoy, the 349th Air Mobility Wing commander, and Command Chief Master Sgt. Kathleen R. Buckner who accepts the Ma. Gen. Rollin B. Moore Memorial Award on behalf of Senior Master Sgt. Steven S. West, assigned to the 349th Security Forces Squadron. The award was presented at the Travis Conference Center during the annual 349th Alumni Association dinner, May 15.
