The Efrain Anthony Marrero Foundation (TEAM) Announced its Second Annual Pancake Breakfast Against Steroids will be held on Saturday, August 14, 2010 from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. again in Vacaville's Town Square. Tickets are $7 each for the entire pancake breakfast, which includes sausage, bacon, eggs, coffee and juice.

Col. Frank Marrero (Ret.), a former commander of the 349th Air Mobility Wing's 70th Air Refueling Squadron, and his wife Brenda, founded TEAM in 2005, following the devastating loss of their oldest son, Efrain, who, at the age of 19, took his own life after a challenging battle with steroid use.

The annual Pancake Breakfast presents a fun way for families to get out and enjoy spending time with each other and enjoy a great breakfast all while raising awareness about the dangers of steroid and performance enhancing drug use. A classic car show has been added to this year's event along with other entertainment.

"We encourage everyone to come out, support your hometown foundation and have some fun with the community. The food will be delicious and the local entertainment is sure to put on a great show," said Colonel Marrero.
