TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- Lt. Col. Scott D. "Scooter" Sandberg gets a good dousing at the conclusion of his 'fini' flight here at Travis recently.

Lt. Col. Sandberg has taken a position at Beale Air Force Base, Calif., after serving with both the 70th and 79th Air Refueling Squadrons since April, 1997.
