Fiscal year kicks off with Wing Commanders Calls

TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif --  The 349th Air Mobility Wing kicked off fiscal year 2011 with a Wing Commander's Call, during which a number of Airmen were awarded medals for going "above and beyond."

Here, Col. Jay Flournoy, wing commander, presented the Meritorious Service medal to Maj. Samuel Dickson, 349th Security Forces Squadron commander, for his outstanding performance while deployed to a forward operating location.
