Specifically, when accessing the vPC-GR website, you may simply not be able to connect. You may see this error message: INTERNET EXPLORER CANNOT DISPLAY THIS WEBPAGE. If this happens, please refresh the page through your browser to reconnect. You may need to refresh more than once. After refreshing the page, reconnection should be almost instantaneous. ARPC is researching the root cause of the problem and will remedy the issue as soon as possible. They apologize for any inconvenience.
