349th Force Support Squadron - ready to continue in service to the 349th Wing

TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. --  Col. Nancy Brooks, commander, 349th Mission Support Group, gives the opening remarks during the redesignation ceremony of the 349th Mission Support Squadron to the 349th Force Support Squadron here on January 8, 2011.

Colonel Brooks, Lt. Col. Neal Landeen, commander, Force Support Squadron, and Master Sgt. Mark Eger, first sergeant, Force Support Group, stand at attention prior to the inactivation of the 349th Mission Support Squadron.

Colonel Landeen presented the new 349th Force Support Squadron flag to indicate the transition was completed and the 349th FSS was ready to continuing in its service to the men and women of the 349th Air Mobility Wing.
