During Col. "Jay" Flournoy's Wing Commanders' Calls and Wingman Day at the Base Theater, Mar. 27th, he introduced a special visitor and guest speaker, Ms. Kay Frances. Ms. Frances shared her message to "lighten up, stress less and embrace change" with the 349th audience as part of the wing's Wingman Day Project.

Ms. Frances also came out to give a motivational presentation last year during A-Flight Wing Commanders Call and was welcomed back this year for B-Flight and as a second chance for those who are newly assigned or missed her last year. Ms. Frances has performed as a professional standup comedian for many years and appearing on a number of national television and radio programs. She also lived in New York City where she appeared at the nation's top comedy clubs including "The Improvisation" and "Catch A Rising Star."
