TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- The 82nd Aerial Port Squadron welcomes its newest commander, Maj. Mark G. Fratrick at a change of command ceremony held here during June's B flight.

Maj. Fratrick returns to the 82nd after two prior 82nd assignments in varying roles.
