TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif -- Col. Nancy Brooks, Commander, 349th Mission Support Group hands over the squadron flag to Lt. Col. Cynthia A. Doolittle, Commander, 349th Civil Engineer Squadron, during a change of command ceremony held on October 15.

The new commander also pinned on the rank of Lt. Col. assisted by her father and Colonel Brooks.
