TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- Col. Melvin Giddings, Jr., 349th Maintenance Group commander, passes the 349th Maintenance Squadron guidon to Lt. Col. Lawrence Killpatrick, 349th Maintenance Operations Flight commander.

Killpatrick took command of the squadron in an assumption of command Sept. 25.
