TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif -- At the Nov. 6 Commander's Call, Capt. Alfred Chan was recognized as the Medical Service Corps Society Company Grade Officer of the Year for 2010.

Col. Jay Flournoy, wing commander, presented the certificate to Chan.

Chan is assigned to the 349th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron here.
