TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- At the B flight Commander's Call Oct. 23, Col. John C. Flournoy, Jr., 349th Air Mobility Wing commander, presented several awards to some exceptional Airmen in the wing.

Master Sgt. David Dean, 349th Maintenance Squadron, received the 2010 Lt. Gen. Leo Marquez award as the Air Force Reserve Command supervisor/manager of the year.

The General Marquez awards are presented yearly to the best in maintenance, fondly known as "knucklebusters."
