TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif -- Col. Melvin Giddings, 349th Maintenance Group commander, passes the 349th Maintenance Operations Flight guidon to Lt. Col. Joseph Orcutt, Nov 20.

Orcutt assumed command of the 349th MOF after a number of years as an individual mobilization augmentee assigned to Hill Air Force Base, Utah.
