TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- Col .Matthew J. Burger., 349th Operations Group commander, passes the flag of the 312th Airlift Squadron to Lt. Col. Kevin Lane in an assumption of command ceremony here March 4, 2012.
