10:00-11:00 Welcome & Mission Brief @ 349th Wing Headquarters
· 502 Waldron Street, Travis AFB, Ca 94535 (707)424-3922

11:15-11:45 Heritage Hall Ribbon Cutting Ceremony @ 349th Wing Headquarters
· Ribbon Cutting & viewing
· Encouraged to donate any old memorabilia (i.e. patches, uniforms, articles, etc.)

12:00-1:15 Free BBQ Lunch @ Museum
· Sponsored by> 349th Chiefs Group / 349th Officer's Spouses Club / Mr Stanley Davis
· A "Mixer" to facilitate interaction (exchange war stories) between alumni & active

1:30-2:15 C-17 Static Display w/ AES @ Flight Line
· 349th AMW/PA will provide transportation via 45passenger bus

2:30-3:30 Squadron Visits @ various locations
· "Informal" ... visit your old squadron & interact with currently serving Airman
· Squadron coins, T-shirts, etc. available for purchase

6:00-9:00 p.m. Banquet @ Bldg 862 KC-10 Loadmaster Training Facility
· Catered Buffet $35.00
(Mixed Greens, Fresh Fruit / Seared Salmon, Herb Roasted Chicken, Pesto Tortellini / Lemon zest Broccoli, Green Beans with Sliced Almonds /Crème Burle')
· No host Bar ... pay as you go ...
· Guest Speakers (Maj Gen [Ret] Baumler / Brig Gen Flournoy)
· Entertainment & Dancing (Band of the Golden West ... Jazz Band)
