349th Wing Safety member retires after 28 years of service

After 28 years of service, Master Sgt. Tony Barker, 349th Air Mobility Wing Safety, was retired from the U.S. Air Force Reserve Sept. 8.

He received the flag of our country from the 349th Air Mobility Wing Honor Guard.

Barker began his career in aircraft maintenance, later serving in the wing safety office, and rounded out his career serving in the wing Airman & Family Readiness office.

The ceremony was held at the Jimmy Doolittle Air & Space Museum, Travis Air Force Base,
