Airmen from the 60th and 349th Air Mobility Wings, and the 621st Contingency Response Wing units were out in force to represent the base in Solano County seat, where they share a unique and strong partnership with their seven sister cities and other nearby communities. Grand Marshal for this year's parade was Brig. Gen. John C. Flournoy, Jr., commander of the 349th AMW, largest Reserve associate wing in the Air Force.
