Robert Singler, at his retirement ceremony held here Dec. 16th. General Dwan is the Deputy Joint Staff Surgeon and Director of the Reserve Medical Readiness Operations and Affairs, Special Staff to the Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff. The doctor spent the majority of his career at Travis. His final assignment was as 349th Medical Group commander. Dr. Singler is an anesthesiologist at Queen of the Valley Medical Center, Napa, Calif.
