TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- Tech. Sgt. David Nguyen with the 82nd Aerial Port Squadron earned the title of Non-Commissioned Officer of the Year for the 349th Air Mobility Wing.

He was awarded by Col. Matthew Burger and Chief Master Sgt. Sandra Santos during the 349th AMW Annual Awards Ball on March 23, 2013.
