TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- Capt. Shane Lynch with the 349th Civil Engineering Squadron received the Company Grade Officer of the Year award for the 349th Air Mobility Wing.

He received the award from Col. Matthew Burger 349th AMW Commander and Chief Master Sgt. Sandra Santos 349th AMW Command Chief on March 23, 2013.
