New commander takes lead of 70th Air Refueling Squadron

TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- Col. Scott McLaughlin, 349th Operations Group commander, transfers the 70th Air Refueling Squadron guidon to the unit's new commander, Lt. Col. Thomas Corcoran, during a change of command ceremony held here on June 22.

Corcoran will oversee the 70th ARS 'Orcas' mission comprising aerial refueling and transportation of both personnel and cargo.
