349th AMW group fitness class

This is an invitation to all 349th Air Mobility Wing personnel wanting to start their day with a good workout on Saturday and Sunday of the UTA. An indoor cycling (a.k.a "spinning") class for wing will be held on Sat and Sun of the UTA at in the aerobics room at the base gym. Come out and burn some calories so you can eat junk food at the BX food court and not feel guilty! It's all in good fun, no pressure, and there are plenty of bikes in the aerobics room at our gym.
