2nd Lt. Andrew McGee, 55th Aerial Port Squadron remembers, “Returning to Travis Air Force Base as a logistics officer after being an enlisted aircraft mechanic has been a great experience. I now have a new perspective on how aerial port squadrons impact maintainers every day. While I knew they were important, I had no idea how broadly they support flight line operations.”

Master Sgt. Choeun Khen, 55th Aerial Port Squadron, said "Getting back from a deployment and seeing the broad support from our wing meant a lot to me. The way they reached out to us to ensure our physical and mental health remained strong, and providing us with support like the Yellow Ribbon Program, really showed me the Air Force family cares."
