The B.O.L.D. (Bringing on Leadership Development) program is a leadership course designed for Airmen and NCOs (E1 – E6). Through facilitated discussions and interactive workshops delivered by our 349 AMW Top 3, Airmen have an avenue to grow as leaders, sharpen essential skills and share ideas and resources in a practical environment. Our purpose is to communicate vision, instill purpose and passion for the mission, and deliberately develop the next generation of Air Force leaders!
