Col. Adrian K. White is Vice Commander of the 349th Air Mobility Wing, Travis Air Force Base, California. As Vice Commander, he assists the commander in leading more than 2,800 Airmen in the largest Reserve Associate Wing in the Air Force, which provides combat ready crews and support for the C-17 Globemaster III, C-5M Super Galaxy, and KC-10 Extender aircraft. The wing also provides expeditionary support in all aspects of air base security and operations. In addition, the wing provides medical care throughout the Area of Responsibility and the patient transportation process

Colonel Travis Rowley / 349 OG/CC COLONEL TRAVIS M. ROWLEY

Col. Travis M. Rowley is Operations Group Commander of the 349th Operations Group, 349th Air Mobility Wing, Travis Air Force Base, California. As Group Commander, he leads the largest operations group in the Air Force Reserve Command with four flying squadrons, an aeromedical evacuation squadron, an operations support squadron, and an air mobility operations squadron assigned. Colonel Rowley is responsible for the leadership, management, administration and development of programs to develop and train personnel to maintain combat readiness. In partnership with its active-duty host wing, the group flies the C-5M Super Galaxy, the KC-10A Extender and the C-17 Globemaster III.

He is responsible for managing an annual budget of $21 million dollars to organize, train and equip his personnel; while providing organizational and field-level maintenance for 18 C-5, 27 KC-10, and 13 C-17 assigned aircraft.
