TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- Santa takes a peek into a classroom at Lincoln Elementary School, Vallejo, Calif., during this year's Operation Teddy Bear, 7 Dec. OTB, sponsered by the 349th Wing Top Three Council, is an annual mission to bring a little joy to local area school children by providing each with a Teddy bear and a visit from Santa. TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- Mr. John Steiner, honorary commander for the 9th Refueling Squadron, and an officer with the California Highway Patrol, gets strapped into a flight helmet by Senior Amn. Lindsy Zeter, a life support specialist with the 60th Operations Support Squadron.
