TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- Family and friends of Senior Master Sgt. David Raymond celebrate his 40 years of service in the U.S. Air Force Reserve at a retirement ceremony at Travis Air Force Base, Calif., April 11, 2012. Maj. Gen. Frank J. Padilla, Deputy Inspector General of the Air Force, presided over the ceremony honoring Raymond’s legacy as a C-5 Galaxy flight engineer with the 312th Airlift Squadron, 349th Air Mobility Wing.
