TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. --

Lt. Col. Michael L. Drew passed along the command of the 349th OSS to Lt. Col. Andrew H. Black during the ceremony.

In support of the Air Force efforts to continue to make strides toward total force integration, Black comes to the 349th AMW from active duty.

The ceremony was well attended by members of Team Travis. The change of command ceremony is a time-honored tradition which formally symbolizes the continuity of authority as the command is passed from one officer to another.
