TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. --

349th Air Mobility Wing non commissioned officers learned skills to become more effective communicators and leaders during the Non-Commissioned Officer Leadership Development Course.

The NCOLDC curriculum is for enlisted personnel from Travis Air Force Base between the ranks of senior airman and technical sergeant. The NCOLD course incorporated leadership, management, communications skill, along military heritage.
