TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. --Frank Drayton's wife, Kim, pins his new badge to his uniform after he was sworn in Aug. 16, as the new Fire Chief for the City of Vacaville. It was standing room only in the city council chambers as family, friends and fellow fire personnel celebrated with Drayton. To the 349th Air Mobility Wing, he is Tech. Sgt. 8/31/2012 - TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- Tech. Sgt. Frank Drayton, 349th Civil Engineer Squadron, gets pinned with his new badge by his wife, Kim, after he was sworn in Aug. 16, as the new Fire Chief for the City of Vacaville.
