Noyer assumes command of the 749th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron in a ceremony that took place Oct. 15, 2016 at Travis Air Force Base, California.Noyer's command of the squadron has been effective since April 4, 2016.Prior to taking command, he was assigned to the 749th AMXS as the Maintenance Operations Officer and recently deployed as the KC-10 Aircraft Maintenance Unit Officer in Charge to Southwest Asia.At the conclusion of the ceremony, Noyer praised the Airmen of the 749th for their dedication to the mission. "You are all amazing Airmen," he said. "I am excited to lead this squadron to new heights."
